We offer free quotes and estimates for most types of work. The only exception to this is where we need to specify or have something designed then we would discuss a design or consultations fee. The types of work this would cover are air source heat pump installation, Commercial heating system, Commercial catering kitchens as well as some underfloor heating system.

All our work comes with one year guarantee on our workmanship, The parts used may have a varying warranty from 1 -10 years.

We carry a large selection of parts in our vans but we can't carry everything, unfortunately. If you have a gas or water leak or a broken toilet we will have these parts on board.

We are Gas Safe registered and have been for over 6 years, Please check the Gas Safe register website for peace of mind and search for 575163 our unique registration number

We accept most modern payment types and try to make it a simple process. We accept all types of Debit and credit cards, Cash and Bank transfers. (Subject to change)

We can help, But will need to speak to the property owner for consent to carry out the work. We would also need to understand who is paying the bill.

We are fully insured by our current provider for up to 10 million pounds

We cover the black country and Birmingham for residential homes But as a rule any area within an hour of our office.
For commercial property we cover the west midlands and some national contracts
