My initial enquiry was quickly answered by Liz who was very friendly and helpful. She arranged for Ronald Mcgrory to come and do the work and I was given an estimate of cost. Ronald let me know when he was 10 minutes away and he arrived on time. Ronald carried out the work on the gas fire efficiently and he followed a Covid safe policy. He made sure the gas hob and boiler were working properly when he turned the mains supply back on. Ronald gave us advice concerning the fireplace. I would certainly recommend him and the Bog Standard Plumbing company to anyone who needs a job done well.
